Virginia "Jenny" Ferguson Hilderbrand January 19, 1927 - October 10, 2006 Virginia Jenny Ferguson Hilderbrand, 79, of Streamside Drive, died at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2006, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Mrs. Hilderbrand was owner along with her husband of Hilderbrand Auto Supply where she also worked as a secretary. She enjoyed cooking and crocheting and loved working with her flowers. She was a member of Columbus Free Methodist Church. Born Jan. 19, 1927 in Monroe County, Mrs. Hilderbrand was raised in Elkinsville by her parents, Charles Ferguson and Jessie Hill Ferguson Miller. She married Kenny Hilderbrand July 3, 1945. Survivors include her husband; a son, Larry K. Hilderbrand; a daughter, Donna K. (Tom) Davis of Columbus; a brother, Donald Miller of Terre Haute; sisters, Ruth Deckard of Columbus and Ruby Sankey of Riley; a granddaughter, Emily E. Hilderbrand of Southborough, Mass; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Dale Ferguson; and sisters, Doris Cromeans, Katherine Lucas and Ella Mae Miller. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 10 a.m. Friday, October 13, 2006, at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Lane Loman officiating assisted by the Rev. Ed Bennett.
