Mrs. Moffatt was a former teacher from Headstart in Columbus and Hope. She also was an avid Beatles fan. Born May 22, 1957 in Columbus, Lisa was the daughter of Henry L. Perry and Mary Jo Miller Perry. She married William J. Moffatt March 1, 1981. Survivors include her husband; her parents of Columbus; a daughter, Kyra (Brent) Jewell of Scipio; a son, Joss Moffatt of Columbus; sisters, Nancy Jo (James) Wilson and Vicki (Rick) Thompson, both of Columbus; and a grandson, Ryker Jewell.
