Norma Hoeltke Shumaker January 19, 1930 - July 04, 2006 Norma Hoeltke Shumaker, 76, of Columbus, died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 4, 2006, at Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Shumaker was a retired employee of Thomas Electric Co. and a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church. Born Jan. 19, 1930 in Bartholomew County, Mrs. Shumaker was the daughter of August and Florence Arnholt Hoeltke. She married Jackie W. Shumaker Aug. 20, 1950. Jackie passed away May 29, 2003. Survivors include a son Jeff (Debbie) Shumaker of Westerville, Ohio; a daughter, Jackie K. (Leon) Pounds of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Andy Newsom, Aaron Pounds, David Pounds, Stephanie Clouse and Joshua Shumaker; great-grandchildren, Korey Pounds, Avary Pounds and Owen Newsom; a brother-in-law, Hank Moore of Columbus; sisters, Marilyn Launer of Auburn, and Becky (Don) Bozell of Findlay, Ohio. She was preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Moore. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 1 p.m. Friday, July 7, 2006 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. VISITATION: 11 a.m. until service time Friday.
