Dale L. Meier July 14, 1941 - March 11, 2006 Dale L. Meier, 64, of Columbus, died at 2:00 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2006 at Columbus Regional Hospital, after a brief illness. Mr. Meier was a residential builder with the family business. He was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church. Mr. Meier was born Sept. 14, 1941 in Columbus, the son of Ben and Edna Meier. He married Pat Snyder on Dec. 4, 1960. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Terri (Jim) Olmstead and Traci (Joe) Sitterding, both of Columbus; a brother, Ted (Linda) Meier of Columbus; grandchildren, Jacob and Julia Sitterding; two nieces; and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Information FUNERAL: Tuesday March 14, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Paul Haugen officiating. VISITATION: Monday March 13, 2006 from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 9:00 until the time of services.
