Mandy was previously employed at Developmental Services, Inc. Mandy was a member of Columbus General Baptist Church but had been attending Cornerstone Baptist Church in Elizabethtown. She enjoyed her family, word seek puzzles and riding the city buses. Mrs. Jeffares was born May 26, 1956 in Shelbyville, the daughter of Ralph and Martha Dixon Lockridge. She married Timothy E. Jeffares. Survivors include her husband, of Columbus; her mother, of Shelbyville; sons, Jason Smith of Columbus and Rodney Smith of Indianapolis; sisters, Janet Sue Schoentrup, Sheila May Lockridge, Tammy Guthrie and Rachel Roberts, all of Shelbyville; brothers, Paul Lockridge of Columbus and Ralph Lockridge of Shelbyville; and grandchildren, Katrina, Jason, Sean, Dylan, Ethan and Haylee Smith and Samantha Poole.
