Arthur G. Cox April 08, 1940 - February 22, 2006 Arthur G. Cox, 65, of Rosedale Drive, died 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2006, at St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers. Born in Louisville, April 18, 1940, Arthur was the son of Arthur Cox and Mabel Knotts Lacy. He married Marcia S. Ogden, July 27, 1984. She survives. He retired from Cummins Engine Company in 2000 and was also employed by Columbus Fit. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion and St. Louis Crossing Baptist Church.. Arthur was an avid golfer and a sports and exercise enthusiast. He is survived by his wife, daughters, Cindy (Duane)Lewis of Franklin, Sherry (Randall) Miller, Lisa (David) Overstreet and Kathy (Phil) Ison, all of Shelby County; stepdaughters, Lisa (Mark) Christopher and Sherry (John) Webster, both of Columbus; and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 25, 2006 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Marvin Arnett officiating. VISITIATION: 4 to 9 p.m. Friday; February 24, 2006 and from 12:30 p.m. until service time on Saturday.
