Ruth Marie Pedigo September 09, 1931 - February 04, 2006 Ruth Marie Pedigo, 74, of S. National Road, died at 10:57 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006, at her home. Ruth worked at the former G.C. Murphy Co. for 12 years. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, cooking and planting flowers. Ruth was a 20year member of the Seventh Street Church of God. Mrs. Pedigo was born Sept. 9, 1931 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Ollie and Grace M. Phelps DeSpain. She married Clyde Pedigo on May 25, 1957. Survivors include her husband; sons, William D. (Marcia) Pedigo of Columbus and Tim W. (Beth) Pedigo of Franklin; a daughter, Lea A. Pedigo of Columbus; a sister, Fronia Back of North Vernon; grandchildren, Amber E. Hall, Dustin D. Pedigo, Vicky G. Pedigo, Abby Pedigo, Kyle Sherry and Kayla Sherry; and 10 greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Tammy Lou Pedigo; a sister, Thelma Louise Murray; and brothers, Master Sergeant Robert DeSpain I, Glenn DeSpain and Richard DeSpain. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at JewellRittman Funeral Home, with Pastor Jerry Ballard officiating.
