Ms. Pardieck lived her early life in Jonesville. She was a partner in Pardiecks Ace Hardware and Clover Center. She was involved in the family business, Pardiecks Garage and Hardware in Jonesville. She was also a member of the Sewing Circle and enjoyed needlework, baking and entering many sewn items in the 4-H fair. She was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church. Armuth of Columbus; brother, William H. Pardieck of Columbus; sister-in-law, Ellen Pardieck of Columbus; and seven great nieces and nephews.
