Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. David was quick to smile, and cared about the people in his life. Whenever I visited, David spoke fondly of friends and family, and in recent years, those who helped take care of him. He remembered, and mentioned individuals by name. And he always wanted to know about how things were going for the people in my life. In his own way, David made the world a better place.

    • I grew up living next door to the Streit family. Lots of memories and for sure, David loved his sports!!! RIP David!! My love to the family!! ❤️

  2. My husband Jim and I knew David from Columbus Transitional Care where our daughter lived for four years. David was a wonderful guy! He was kind and had a great sense of humor. I’ll never forget the look he gave my husband when he found out Jim was Yankees fan. David had to forgive the unforgivable. In return, Jim let David slide for being a Reds fan. They talked sports a lot. I wore a Star Trek tee shirt over there once. After that, whenever he greeted us, he would give us the Dr Spock hand sign with a “Live Long and Prosper.” It became our way of saying hi to each other. We will always have fond memories of David! Please accept our heartfelt condolences.
