I remember when you kids were little…
your daddy loved you. I wasnt around you at all after I got out of the family, I just know how much he loves you both💕. Much love. Praying strength to you all in this very sad time. Love Aunt Lee
Mark was my younger brother. We grew up in HONeycreek and attended school in Middletown. I loved playing baseball and would always have Mark either pitch to me or try to hit my pitching. He played little league baseball in Middletown and was pretty good and always looked up to me for advice. He only had one other friend his age in town so he would often follow me around as I had 6 friends my age. He loved going fishing and camping with his family and cousins. I remember one time we was on Uncle Leeroy’s boat on the Ohio river in Madison and Mark jumped in the water and started yelling he was drowning, so Uncle Lee jumped in to help him back in the boat. Uncle Lee had his wallet on him and everything got wet. We both slept in the same room growing up and our younger brother Jimmy (RIP) slept mostly with me. They both liked my jokes and our Dad would tell us to quiet down. We always got along well and I loved my brothers. After I joined the Navy after I graduated high school, I only saw my family about once a year but I spent 6 years stationed in Japan and didn’t make it home until I returned. I really don’t know much about Mark after I left home other than talking to him on the phone. I know he loved working on cars and joined the Army to be a mechanic but that never happened. Mark was a great brother, hard to understand later in life, but still my little brother who I will greatly miss. Rest In Peace Mark. Love you, Bob
Uncle Bob. Mark didn’t get to join the Army as a Mechanic instead he ended up working with guns and artillery.
