Jeannie Bozarth
May 4, 1956 ~ January 18, 2020
Jeannie Bozarth, 63, of Columbus, died at 10:00 p.m. January 18, 2020, at home.
Jeannie was born May 4, 1956 in Frankfort, Indiana the daughter of Roy D. and Shirley M (Taylor) Zeigler. She married Stephen Edward Bozarth, June 28, 1980.
To know Jeannie was to love Jeannie. She was always planning & hosting a party. Spending time teaching all her grandchildren to swim was something she cherished. “Kick & Dig” was a key phrase you could frequently hear her shouting. She loved her youngest children the most; her Boston Terriers, Walter & Willow, were always learning new tricks. She shared a love of cooking & “yard saling” with anyone who would listen. Jeannie loved traveling to tropical islands. She could frequently be found with her toes in the water and good friends by her side.
The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 24, 2020 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Corporal Riley K. Zeigler officiating. Calling will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana
Memorials may be made to the Moose Lodge #398.

(Eric) Shatto of Columbus; sister, Robin L. (David) Tuttle of North Vernon; Aunt Deb, Mansfield, Ohio; 13 grandchildren.
