Harold E. “Itch” Zeigler, 66, of No. Vernon, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at his home.
A private graveside service will be held at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.

Oh my goodness! We-Jane and Denny have too many memories. From travels to Canada to Minnesota to visits in Florida. Fishing hunting and having a really good time. Itch was Itch-he will be missed in minds and hearts.
