Terry Wayne Green, 56, of Scottsburg, formerly of Columbus, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2020 at his home. Terry was born in Columbus on December 27, 1963 to Donald H. Green and Betty J. Cooper Green. Terry was a mechanic, loved being at the dirt track and attended Garden City Church of Christ. A private memorial service will be held at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Survivors include a son, Aaron Wayne Green of Edinburgh; a daughter, Hillary Ann (William) Freeman of Edinburgh; a brother, Darwin “Bill” (Debra) Albert of Columbus; sisters, Sharon (Tom) Downs of Columbus and Shirley Bryant of Flora, IN; grandchildren, Nevaeh Eaton, Peyton Green, Dillon Creech, Clara Creech and Trinity Green. Terry was also an uncle to many. Terry was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Carol Armstrong

  1. I can remember playing together as kids. Later as adults he was so easy going and easy to talk to. He helped me and repaired my motorcycle. You will be missed 😥

  4. I ran around with Terry and Robin as young adults . Watch them become parents and their children become parents . Hung out at the motorcycle races and worked on cycles in my dad pappy’s garage .   5. Terry lived across the street from us, when we were kids growing up. I have some good memories of halloween parties that he had. He liked to make people laugh. He was also my good friend Cindy’s uncle. I had not seen him in years. Prayers for all of his family & friends.

  6. I was Terry’s OT and worked with Terry just post his amputation and was so proud to be the one to help him get back on his feet again! He was such a caring soul and will be greatly missed! Fly high buddy!

  8. Terry was a great. Would be there for you at anytime! He always made sure everyone was having a good time. I met terry In grade school and would see him off and on through out the years! He would always say “ you know I love you!! “. Well yes Terry I know!! I love you to! RIP my dear friend you will be greatly missed!
