Esther Irene Barnsfather, 73, of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of Columbus, died at 3:45 p.m. August 20, 2020, at Blake Medical Center in Bradenton, Florida. Esther was born in Columbus, Indiana, on December 11, 1946, the daughter of Richard and Dorothy Nobles Condra. She was a 1964 graduate of Columbus High School. Esther was employed with the City of Columbus in various capacities from 1972 until her retirement in 2012. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved living in Florida where she enjoyed playing Bingo, shopping and baking. The funeral will be conducted at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home on Friday, September 18, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Karen Sutherland officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association. Friends and family are invited to the visitation hours; however, the memorial service is reserved for family only. All visitors are required to wear face masks and are reminded to practice social distancing. Survivors include her husband, Winfred “Putt” Barnsfather, who passed away on August 21, 2020; daughters, Dawn Coomer, Charity (MichaEl) Rosandich, and Larynda Sutherland; grandchildren, Corey (Makaili) Hadley, Adam (Ashleigh) Hadley, John Rosandich, KateyRosandich, Dakota Green, and Riley Cowan; great-grandchildren, Adilynne Hadley, and Ocean Rose Hadley; siblings, Connie Wilkerson, D. Sue Barkes, Fred (Anna) Condra, Mary (James) Herbert, Brenda (Donn) Kelley, Sonnia (David) Dunsworth, Linda (Richard) Snyder,and Kevin (Sandra) Condra; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Jerry Wilkerson.
