Charles A. Martin, 87, died Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at his home. Charles was born in Columbus on May 10, 1933 to Lewis Martin and Marie Nadine Martin.
Charles was a proud marine veteran serving in North Korea and later in the national guards. He was a heavy equipment operator, a semi truck driver and retired from Cummins Engine Company. He enjoyed playing golf and watching soccer.
Per Charles’s request there will be no services, cremation is planned.
He is survived by his children, Nadine Burton, Michael Sears, Kathy Sears and Becky Sears; 6 grandchildren.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Martin and Marie Nadine Patrick Smiley and a sister, Becky Lou Martin-Miller
