Mary Anna Frownfelter
August 28, 1939 ~ January 11, 2021
Mary Frownfelter,81, Grandy to most, was, and continues to be, an inspiration to everyone that had the honor of being a part of her life. There is a never-ending list of lessons that she brought to this world, and she had a knack for spreading them to all. Her eye for the unique and curiosity for her surroundings immediately come to mind when you look into the memories, we all shared. Grandy passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 at her home.
It was obvious her most cherished role was as Grandy, and not only to her immediate kin, but to so many other lives she cared for each and every day. She instilled in all of us the importance of creativity and living life to the fullest... even if that meant getting into a bit of trouble once in a while. She knew the value of true-life lessons, and ensured her family had the tools to live unafraid.
Grandy will be forever remembered in how each of us approaches the remainder of our time. Appreciate the detail, Grandy saw the world in bright color and would want all to do the same.
Calling will be from 2 pm – 4 pm Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.

Grandy cared for our grandchildren and loved them as her own. She taught them to be inquisitive and fierce. She believed in them and had faith that they could accomplish anything they wanted. She was loved well and will be missed and remembered forever in their hearts. We loved her too.
Peri and Reid’s grandma.
Mary Ann was my Cousins wife, my baby sitter as a child, my explorer scout leader as a teenager and my friend as an adult. Mary was one of the strongest women I have ever known. There was nothing Mary could not do if she put her mind to it. I will always remember her love of cooking wonderful meals, her love of cats and her always being willing to listen to whatever you had to say. I will never forget you. Sincerely, Joseph D. Cox
Full Of Love Bouquet was purchased for the family of Mary Anna Frownfelter.
