I met Steve before I ever met him. I worked at Sacoma and heard stories of this happy guy who was always “loving every minute of it”. Well 6 years later I walk into CMEP my 1st night and heard this guy say “loving every minute of it”. I immediately asked are you Bear? He explained the name Bair and I explained how I knew who he was. We had a good laugh and he always had something positive to say every time we met there after. He will be remembered always.
Uncle Bair, hes the reason why I love music so much.. The part of the reason I am who I am today.. He was a great indeed. And I will forever miss him. ❤️🤘🎸
Uncle Bair is the guy who taught me how to play the guitar. The man could make a guitar SING!!
I remember spending a lot of summers with him growing up. I’ll never forget all the times I went with him to flea markets from Nashville to Friendship and camped out all weekend as he sold his cutlery. Uncle Bair was the best uncle I could have ever asked for.

My favorite thing about work was passing by test or seeing you walk into work and you saying, “Lovin’ every minute of it!” It definitely was always the highlight of my day! You will be greatly missed!
Always laughing, always smiling, always “LOVIN EVERY MINUTE OF IT!” That is how I will remember Steve and the years I worked with him. All of my prayers to his family and friends❤️
