  3. Hello, I’m Nan Snyder. At St. Peter’s I went by Nancy. Randy was in my confirmation class. Long story short, we both wanted the same confirmation verse (John 8:12) and we got into a discussion about it; and soon the entire class chimed into the discussion. Pastor Leper was our Minister at the time and he finally decided it would be allowed for a few of us to have the same confirmation verse. So, if I remember correctly, Randy and I ended up with our first choice; but, I can’t remember for certain if Randy chose John 8:12 or not. I did and there were other kids in class that changed around their choices as well. So I think Randy and I helped some of our fellow classmates that day.

I DO remember what a nice guy Randy was. He always had a nice thing to say about everyone. I’m sure he will be missed by all his family and friends with fond memories like I have.

May you all find comfort and strength in the Lord’s word and I pray you’ll approach the day when the memories of Randy will not bring sad tears but tears of joy and a smile on your face.

The Lord keep you in His care, Nan
