Toni Michelle Ziegler Sipes, 54, of Greenwood, passed away Sunday November 14, 2021 at her home. She was born October 27, 1967 in Columbus and has been a resident of Greenwood for the past 10 years.
The quote “To the World you might be one person but to one person you might be the World” Michelle lived her life knowing this. Everybody has a story she would always say. Nobody was a stranger, and all were welcomed. Michelle was full of adventure and loved to travel, whether it was just to a casino for a few days or to Florida for the annual family get together. She always looked forward to camping, the beach or spending time with her wife, kids, and grandkids. They were her World!
Michelle is survived by her spouse, Tracy Knowlton; daughters, Kelsi (Ken) Durci and Kayleigh Sipes. a son, Kyle (Morgan) Sipes; sisters, Kim (Russ) Pate and Shannon (Lance) Stutzman; a brother, Ryan (Kristi) Smith and 8 grandchildren.
A celebration of life gathering is being planned for Michelle to be held on December 12 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Upland Brewing Company.

I am so sorry to just hear of her passing. She was cousins with my Mom Deborah (Siess) Meese who just passed 9/1/23. The last time we talked in person was at Uncle Bob’s Celebration of Life. We would text from time to time after that and I knew about her battle with cancer. Last year I stopped getting reply texts and was worried for the worst, but continued to keep her and all of her family in my prayers. Her Dad and my Grandma Jan (Smith) Siess were siblings. I don’t have fb and my Mom did better with keeping our family connected. Well even late, I wanted to reach out and let you know she was such always such wonderful person towards me and I will continue to keep your family in my prayers-Sarah Cannon🙏🏼
