Sabrina Rae Tanner, 50, of Seymour, died at 11:12 a.m., November 24, 2021, at home. Sabrina was born in Columbus, the daughter of Raymond and Sue Lucas Chandler. She married Dan Tanner on June 25, 1997. Sabrina was a loving, unselfish wife and mother. Christmas was her favorite holiday. She was an excellent cook that could fix anything for her family. Sabrina loved taking care of others. She will be remembered for being happy as long as her family was happy. The funeral will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor James Carmichael officiating. Calling will be from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021. Memorials may be made to The Well of Scottsburg Church. Survivors include her mother, Sue; her husband, Dan; son, Steven Tanner, of Bloomington; daughters, Kristy (Levi) Adams, of Hope, Jessica Tanner and Priscilla Tanner both of Seymour; a sister, Arlinda Clair, of Jonesville; grandchildren, Bladyn Becker, Jaxson Becker, Elijah Adams, Logan Adams, Mia Trueblood, Ruthie Tanner, Phoebe Fields and Sophie Fields. She was preceded in death by her father. Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. A mighty woman of God.i met Sabrina when she was young.her mother sue would bring her girls to church.faithfully.sabrina was sooo beautiful n caring.n great wife n mother n friend.i never 4get how much Sabrina gave het all to the churches she attended.n Jesus.i saw her bout yr go.at a friends funeral service. And visited her church once.Sabrina be greatly missed by all who knew her.love.compassion for people.such a beautiful woman of God inside and out.u gonna be missed Jesus Sista.i be coming soon to heaven.myself.see ya there Sista.love ya Juanita.davis
