To Karen, Gary and families, I have many wonderful memories of Aunt Ruby. I enjoyed the many family meals that were shared through the years. I tried to visit her at Silver Oaks when I could. Then when Covid hit, it just wasn’t safe to possibly take germs in there. I am sorry that I cannot be there now. I am in FL as I am a snowbird now.

Karen, Gary and families,
I am sorry that I will not be able to attend Aunt Ruby’s funeral tomorrow. I have great memories of the family gatherings at Grandma and Grandpa Roane’s when we were growing up. When Aunt Ruby, Uncle Bert, and Dad were all at Silver Oaks at the end of Dad’s life, it was a comfort that they could see each other.
