    • What a sweet woman. She always stopped in to check on my 95 year old Mother. She was so earthy, and so cute and fun. There was never a dull moment when she was around. She will be missed.

    • Kyra, my husband calls me “special”, but I think you were the origin for that term. You lifted the spirits of all that you called friends, gave everyone you met the benefit of the doubt, and showed kindness and generosity with every human (and animal) interaction. Your honesty and personal values were second to none. But what I appreciated the most about you was that you pulled no punches and called it exactly as you saw it, no if’s and’s or but’s. I think your motto was, “Fool me once, shame on you. Try it twice at your own risk.” That attitude made you a daughter to my mom and dad, and we all cherished you as a member of our family. I bet Don, Naomi, and you are spinning yarns together now. Peace to you sister.
