Donna Bragg-McLean

Donna Bragg – McLean, 72, of Columbus, passed away at her home after a short battle with cancer, on February 25, 2022.
Donna was born December 4, 1949, the daughter of the late William B. and Rose Ann (Gribbons) Hiatt.
Donna was blessed with a blended family, she treated them all equally and had a tremendous love for them all, especially her grandchildren. Donna’s love didn’t stop there, her love and trust in the Lord showed by how she lived her life. Donna attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Seymour, attended Bible Study Fellowship International, in which she had been a group leader. In her spare time, she volunteered at the Pregnancy Care Center showing an abundance of compassion for those in need.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth McLean, whom she married on February 29, 2000 at White Creek Methodist Church; children, Toby S. (Michelle) Bragg of Summerville, South Carolina, Timothy A. (Elizabeth) McLean of Columbus, Tracy S. (Bryan) Larson of Fayetteville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Michael Larson, Blake Larson, Patrick Larson, Taylor Beeson, Andrew McLean, and Zachary McLean; great-grandchildren, Chloe Beeson, Violet Beeson, Lorena Beeson, Hazel Evans, Joshua Beeson, and Dean Larson; sisters, Linda (Rick) McFall and Sandy (Phil) Arnholt, both of Scipio, Indiana, and Pam Maschino of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, Lindell Bragg; her parents; brothers, Charles, Johnny, Donnie, and Ernest Hiatt; and sisters, Opal Behrman and Betty Hall.
The funeral will be at 6:00 p.m. Monday February 28, 2022 at the Jewell - Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel DeFriece of Calvary Baptist Church in Seymour. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m prior to the service. Burial will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Garland Brook Cemetery.

She was so excited to be a great grandmother and share her favorite scenery with her first great grandchild! The Beach! The three of us had the time of our lives on that beach that day!
