Oaklee gained her wings at just 11 days old. Oaklee was the daughter of Jesse Wise and Tiffany Thurber of Edinburgh, Indiana.
Oaklee touched so many lives during her short time here. Oaklee will always remain her parent’s baby girl and they will hold her again in heaven one day.
Oaklee was preceded in death by her great-grandpa Stan Asher (Hoggie); Great-great grandpa Jack Carter Sr.; grandma Angela Thurber; Great-grandpa Don Thurber; along with several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
She is survived by her paternal grandparents Ashley (Bobby) Jessie of Edinburgh; uncle Robert of Edinburgh; Great grandparents Bob & Nancy Jessie of Shelbyville, Indiana; Karen Wise of Edinburgh; great-great-grandma Ida Carter of Indianapolis, Indiana; maternal grandparent, Charles Thurber of Anderson, Indiana; uncle James (Harley) Allender of Anderson, Indiana; great grandparents, Brenda (Terry) Lawrence of Anderson, Indiana; great-grandpa Micheal Murdock of Anderson, Indiana; great-grandma Debbie (Dave) Johnson of Franklin, Indiana; as well as several great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral will be at 4:00 P.M. Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Jewell Rittman Family Funeral with Pastor Spencer Spaulding officiating. Calling will be from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 p.m. day Saturday, April 9, 2022, with cremation to follow.
