Their families grew and now she has 12 great-grandchildren who all remained close to her.     Betty was preceded in death by her husband, 3 brothers, and a sister.  She is survived by a sister, CarrieLee (Baker) West of Scottsburg, her son, Jeff (Wanda) Robbins of Greenwood, daughter, Janet (Jim) Voll of Columbus, 4 grandchildren: Tiffany (Tony) Barrett of Greenwood, Chanda (Kevin) Welsh of Columbus, Laura (Jon) Rupel of Whiteland, and Chad (Jessica) Brodt of California.  She has 12 great-grandchildren: Taylor, Paige, and Parker Barrett, Sabrina Welsh, Sydney, Bradley, Matthew, and Addison Rupel, and Matilda, Brooke, Daniella, and Kate Brodt, as well as a flock of nieces and nephews that all loved her fiercely. In accordance with her wishes, cremation will be performed.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hospice of South-Central Indiana, the Bartholomew County Humane Society, or Riley Children’s Research Hospital.   Arrangements have been entrusted to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
