It definitely stunned me to hear Vicki had passed. She was the sweetest, kindest, toughest little lady! My family, employees and myself will miss her visits, talks, and calls! Our hearts thoughts and prayers are with Will!!!
I remember the short time that I worked in the county office alongside Will and Christopher, every time she visited, she made sure to look me up and tell me how much she liked my children, Christopher and Christine, and their manners and work ethics. Made me feel very good. We are all very sorry for your tremendous loss. Jim and Sharon West
I met Vicki in 1972. My wife and I had just moved across the street from her in Martinsville, Indiana.
She was always the life of the party and a wicked poker player. Vicki was with me in the labor room at the birth of my son.
Always a dear friend for 50 years. Her husband Will I met in 1987 on the way to their honeymoon in Florida.
He was the light of her life and the father of their many four legged children, ha.
Vicki touched everyone whom met her, a friend to all.
God Bless you and we will all meet again in our fathers house one day.

Heaven certainly received a wild angel! I knew Vicki for many years, knew her parents and met Will her loving husband through Vicki. She was always the life of the party! This makes me sad but I know she’s up in Heaven visiting with her parents! I still remember her giving me my “B” crown for my birthday- we all knew the B stood for Barbie Doll😂😂 – Telling me to wear it proudly! She will be missed!
