Chance Aaron Imlay went to be with Jesus on August 22, 2022 at the Riley Children’s Hospital. Chance was born on September 13, 2021 in Columbus, Indiana to Dylon Imlay and Aubrey (Brown) Imlay. Chance loved to laugh, eat, and enjoyed jumping around and clapping his hands to the music of any Disney movie. He also enjoyed playing with his favorite animals; Luna, Nova, and Chloe. His favorite movies were especially the Lion King, Monster’s Inc., and Cars. His Smile, laughter, and roaring like a lion will be cherished by all who knew him. Left to cherish Chance’s memory include his father Dylon Imlay of Columbus, his mother Aubrey (Brown) Imlay of Seymour; Grandparents, Stephanie Patrick, William (Michelle) Imlay and Crystie Salsman, great-grandparents Lori Patrick and Jane (Bill) Hitchcock, Larry Brown, and David (Denise) Hersley Sr. Chance’s memory will also be cherished by his aunts; Jasmine Patrick, Gabrielle Patrick, Shawn Mccullough, great-aunts Loretta (Steve) Bischoff and Amanda (Bryan) Imlay-Arnholt; uncles, Brenden Bridgewater, Aiden Salsman, and Dekavion Hersley, great-uncle Pastor David Hersley Jr., and his cousins Nicole, Krystal, Katie, Carter, Ryan, Alecia. Preceding Chance in death include his Grandpa Robert Brown, his great-grandparents William (Mary) Imlay III and Darrell Patrick. Public Visitation will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 between 10:00 a.m. -12:30 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 12:30 p.m. at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Rev. Lorne Coffey officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Seymour. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley's Children Hospital in memory of Chance. We were so excited to share in the news when Mommy found out she was expecting you and to see you everytime you came to Aunt Retta’s.   4. I wanna Say how sorry I am for the families loss of Lil Chance he was takin way to soon. I remember visiting my brothers house and Chance being their just playing and being a happy of all Babies .I even got on floor and played balls with him and he just giggled .
