Sharon Rose Douglas

Sharon Rose Douglas, 82, of Columbus, Indiana, entered into her Heavenly home on December 1, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, John & Mary Ealey, and her husband of 49 years, Joe Douglas. She leaves behind her children: Debbie Colvin of Columbus, Indiana; David Douglas and wife Phyllis of Jamestown, Ohio; Dana Douglas and wife Abby of McKee, Kentucky. Sharon is also survived by her grandchildren, Emily Bennett, Cara Colvin, Lydia Pierpont, Daniel Douglas, all of Columbus, Indiana; Matthew Douglas of Florence, Kentucky; Landon Douglas and Reagan Douglas, both of McKee, Kentucky, and one great-granddaughter Sydney Pierpont. She was a member of the Bible Church of Columbus. Visitation will be December 3, 2022 from 12 noon to 2 pm, at Jewell-Rittman Funeral Home, Columbus, Indiana, followed by the funeral at 2 pm with Rev. Jerry Day Sr. officiating. Burial will be Sunday, December 4,2022, at 2 pm at Dugger Cemetery in Dugger, Indiana.
