Pedro Arroyo Morales

Pedro Arroyo Morales, 90, of Columbus, passed away Sunday June 11, 2023 at Columbus Regional Hospital. He was born June 9, 1933 in Santurce, Puerto Rico the son of Severia Arroyo and Carmen Morales. Pedro proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a skilled carpenter who made cabinets for home remodeling. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday June 16, 2023 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Following the service, he will be laid to rest in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison, IN with military honors to be performed at 1:00 p.m. Friday. Pedro is survived by his sons, Pedro (Sara Guerrero) Arroyo and Pedro J. (Kristi) Arroyo; daughters, Iris Arroyo and Virgen Arroyo; 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Pedro Arroyo Fontanez; daughter, Migdalia Arroyo Fontanes and 13 siblings.
