Corbin Reece Burch, 22, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, formerly of Columbus, Indiana, died on July 4, 2023.
Corbin was born December 21, 2000, in Shelbyville to Shannon and Andrea Balting Burch.
Corbin was a 2019 graduate of Columbus North High School and was employed at Samtec in New Albany. Corbin enjoyed playing volleyball, both in high school, and also on a travel team. He loved motorcycles; both working on them and riding them as well as cars. He also enjoyed and loved spending time with his family and friends, shooting guns, and fishing. His laughter, fun-loving personality, smile, and love for others will always be cherished. Once you met him, you would never forget him.
Corbin is survived by his parents; Shannon and Andrea Burch, his brother; Nickolas Burch, grandparents; Sherry Burch, Karen Balting, and Dave Balting; cousins; Bryce (Hailey) Balting, Allyson (Marissa) Zrebiec, Luke Conner, and Bryant Balting; his aunt, Amy (Doug) Conner, and his uncle Allen (Kisha) Balting, as well as a host of close friends and extended family
Calling hours will be on Sunday, July 9, 2023, and one hour prior to the service at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on July 10, 2023, at the funeral home at 11:00 am with Rev. Charles Aigner officiating. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home to help assist with final expenses.

Corbin was my best friend when we were younger. I use to go to the park behind my house all the time and spend time with him. We’d play basketball and i’d ride my skateboard waiting for it to be time to go home. He went with me when I went apartment searching after my oldest was born. He’s had such a big impact in my life he got me through a lot growing up. He will always hold a very special place in my heart and I’m proud to say he was someone I had the privilege to call my friend.
