Christina "Tina" Marie Kerr

Christina Marie “Tina” Kerr, 51, of Columbus, passed away Monday July 3, 2023 at her home. She was born May 20, 1972 in Columbus and has been a lifelong Columbus resident. Tina had formerly been employed as a truck driver until an accident rendered her disabled. Her animals were her children. She loved her aunts, cousins and extended family. She enjoyed her music including rock and roll and Tom Petty. She liked to draw and could just be content being by herself. A memorial service will be conducted on Monday July 10, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Chris Rutan officiating. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. until the service on Monday. Tina is survived by her half-brothers, Kelby (Liz) Owens and Darren Owens; aunts, Patricia (Bill) Burris, Pamela Kerr, Tami Weaver, Gerri Owens and Lisa Owens-Haynes and several cousins including Adam Kerr, whom she helped raise. Tina was preceded in death by her mother, Paula S. Kerr; father, Craig R. Owens; half-brother, Darby Owens and grandparents, Glenna and Jerry Kerr.
