Randall Jessie, 58, of Edinburgh, died at 9:57 a.m. Sunday, August 6, 2023, at St. Francis, in Indianapolis.
Randy was born July 14, 1965, in Edmonton, Kentucky.
Randy graduated from Columbus North and later worked for over 25 years for Faurecia before retiring. Randy enjoyed fishing, and watching old westerns and crime TV. Randy was a simple, loving man that will be greatly missed.
Calling hours will be Thursday, August 10, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
Survivors include his children, Christine (Josh) Whipker, of Elizabethtown, Indiana, and Beth Jessie of Columbus; grandchildren, Kynzie and Mason Whipker, Oliver Coomer, Josiah Moore, Aniah, and Jeremiah Jessie.
He was preceded in death by his parents and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.

My daughters will always remember Randy’s kind words to them. When we would visit Randy would always greet my girls with “good morning beautiful.” We love you and will miss you.
Randy was instrumental in my childhood. He always made time for me when he didn’t have to. Took me fishing often and taught me to shoot and play chess. He also taught me just how badass AC/DC is. He had the cassette of every album they made. He was my childhood hero. RIP Randy Love you man!
