    • Terry and I served on the USS Belknap in 1975 when she collided with the John F. Kennedy. Terry was a great shipmate then, and a better shipmate and friend for years afterword. He will be missed. From our family to the England Family, please know that our prayers are with you in this time of mourning.

    • Terry was a great friend for many years. He became just like a brother. He loved to have someone around to pester and tease. I can still hear him laffing and act shocked when I could get him back. Rest in peace my friend.

    • I served with Terry in USS BELKNAP (DLG-26/CG-26) from April to December 1975. He was awarded a Navy Commendation Medal for his actions to help save the ship after colliding with USS JOHN F KENNEDY (CV-67) in November 1975. We served in the same division; he was a good man.

  1. Oh My I will miss Terry, he was a great friend. I would call him and he would just talk for hours with me. Many prayers for his family.
