Charlene Sue Bragg

Charlene Sue Bragg, 71, of Columbus, passed away at 5:02 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Charlene was born on April 2, 1952, the daughter of Frank William and Mabel Fern Lee Killian. She married George Edward Bragg on May 10, 2015. Charlene was a member of the Ogilville Christian Church and enjoyed watching Christmas Hallmark movies and baking shows. Charlene had a green thumb and enjoyed nurturing her house plants and mowing the yard. She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. The funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 14, 2023, at the Jewell – Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Marty Wright officiating. Calling will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Garland Brook Cemetery. A livestream of the funeral service will be available on the Jewell – Rittman Family Funeral Home website homepage. Memorials may be made to the Riley Children’s Hospital through the funeral home. Survivors include her husband George; her children, Richard Barlow, Phillip Heinrich, and Kenneth (Cassie) Heinrich all of Michigan; grandchildren Isabella Barlow, Justin MaLinis, Jesse Heinrich, and Mackenzie Heinrich; a brother, Joseph (Judy) Killian, of Kona, Hawaii; sisters, Patricia Bomireto of Grand Blanc, Michigan, and Lynn (Nelson) White of Huber Springs, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Killian.
