Russell Adam Crossland

Russell “Russ” A. Crossland, 51, of Morgantown, Kentucky, formerly of Columbus, Indiana, died unexpectedly Sunday, December 17 at his home. Russ was born April 28, 1972, to Terry L. and Linda Crossland in Columbus. On April 24, 2015, he married Teresa Moore. Russ worked several jobs, but his favorite was being a truck driver. He saw all 48 states, but his favorite state was New Mexico. Russ is survived by his wife, Teresa Crossland of Morgantown, Kentucky, and his mother, Linda Crossland of Columbus. Also surviving, his stepdaughter, Nicole Norred of Columbus and two grandchildren, Alex and Zeb. His brother, Matt (Maggie) Crossland of Greenwood and his sister, Sarah Crossland of Columbus. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with viewing two hours prior to service on Tuesday. Interment will be at a later date at Bethel Baptist Cemetery. Russ was preceded in death by his father, Terry L. Crossland; grandparents, Sam and Reta Crossland, and Clarence and Geneva Harper.
