Donna Jo (Hollenbeck) Raby

Donna (Hollenbeck) Raby, 63, of Crothersville, died on March 31, 2024 at her home. She was born April 15, 1960, in Franklin, the daughter of Jesse Lee Johnson and Lucille (McGaha) Johnson. She was a loving mother and doting grandmother. She enjoyed woodworking, painting, making porcelain dolls and reborn babies. She worked for Wind Chime Ceramic Studio and helped teach many classes. Donna was an avid NASCAR and Indy Car fan and loved Tony Stewart, Jimmy Johnson, and Emerson Fittipaldi. She bowled multiple leagues at Astro Bow in the 80’s. She was a supporter of the Humane Society. She adopted and loved many dogs in her lifetime. She also enjoyed working on cars and fishing. The funeral will be at 7:30 P.M. April 19, 2023, Jewell Rittman Family Funeral Home. Calling will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home. In honoring the family's wishes, cremation was chosen. Memorials may be made to the Bartholomew County Humane Society. Survivors include her husband, Charles Raby; daughter, Jessica (John) Anderson of Hartville; son, Joshua Lynch of Franklin; brother, Jesse (Lisa) Johnson Jr. of Columbus; sister, Terri (Paul) Waltz of Columbus; grandchildren, Baylee Lynch, Ethan Lee, and Madeline Anderson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Hollenbeck; her parents Jesse and Lucille Johnson; brothers, Timothy Johnson and Clarence Douglas Johnson; and sister, Connie Frazier Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
