December 26, 1973 ~ April 14, 2024

Michele Renee (Brown) Olson, 50, of Bloomington, and formerly of Mooresville, passed peacefully from this life and entered the gates of Heaven on Sunday, April 14, 2024. She was born on December 26, 1973, in Avon, IN to the late John and Bonita (Bonnie) Brown. A proud graduate of Mooresville High School with the class of ’92, Michele was actively involved in various clubs, including D.A.R.E. During her childhood, she gracefully participated in numerous dance recitals and enjoyed recreational softball. Michele cherished playing the bells and amassed a collection of Cherished Teddies throughout her life. An avid reader, she particularly admired the works of Nora Roberts. As a dedicated member of the First United Methodist Church in Mooresville, she enthusiastically volunteered for church activities and Vacation Bible School. A dedicated and loving mother, Michele cherished her role as a stay-at-home parent. She delighted in observing the growth and learning of her two children, often engaging with them on their level during playtime. She met the love of her life and soulmate, Bryan Olson, while visiting her mom Bonnie at work. The pair instantly fell in love and were happily married on January 11, 2003. Bryan wholeheartedly embraced his role as Michele's biggest supporter and protector, extending the same care to Madisyn and Billy. The newly formed family, bound by strong ties, cherishing their summer vacations spent together at Holiday World. A perfect example of a true Christian, Michele exemplified her love for Jesus through her daily actions. She never spoke a foul word about anyone, fostered friendships with everyone, and maintained a relaxed demeanor. Her perpetual joy and unique spirit illuminated any room with her radiant smile and infectious laughter. She never took anything for granted and the simple things in life made her the happiest. A fighter until the end, Michele succumbed to the ravages of MS while under the care of mother in-law sherry Olson, and her family is grateful for her support. While her absence will be deeply felt, her family finds solace in the knowledge that she is now in Heaven, free to run, dance, and play her beloved bells. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Bryan Olson on December 16, 2020. Michele is survived by her children, Billy Pridemore (Brooke) of Alabama, and Madisyn Pridemore of Mooresville; sister, Kristi (Mike) Thompson of Mooresville; grandson, Walker Pridmore; father and mother-in-law, Alan and Sherry Olson of Solsberry; nephews, AJ and Riley Thompson, and niece Mya Thompson, all of Mooresville. Michele will be laid to rest alongside Bryan in Garland Brook Cemetery with a graveside service beginning promptly at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Garland Brook Cemetery.
