Rex Clark Morrow
December 6, 1960 ~ December 20, 2024
Rex C. Morrow, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2024, at the age of 64, in his hometown of Greensburg, Indiana. Born on December 6, 1960, in the same close-knit community, Rex’s life was a testament to his dedication to family, his passion for music, and his commitment to hard work.
Rex is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Julita Morrow, and their five devoted children: Christine Morrow and her husband, Josh; Sarah Lunsford and her husband, Brad; Robie Reyes and her husband, Joseph; John Reyes and his wife, Cleo; and Vina Chapman and her husband, Reed. He was a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren: Forrest, Parker, Roman, Sophia, Summer, Audrey, Bella, and Jaco. His brother, Tony Morrow, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members, will also hold his memory dear.
Rex was a skilled machinist at Delta Faucet for many years, where his precision and attention to detail were highly valued. He later brought his expertise to Honda’s logistics department, earning respect for his work ethic and team spirit. Rex’s professional life was marked by diligence and a willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.
A man of faith, Rex attended The Ridge Church, where he felt a passionate sense of belonging. His love for music was more than a hobby—it was a central part of his life. Rex’s guitar talent was matched only by his joy in sharing music with others. He owned and operated Morrow’s Music Store in Greensburg, which became a beloved local hub for music enthusiasts and a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit. He also cherished his time with his beloved dog, Lucy, who was his loyal companion until he became ill. Lucy is now lovingly cared for by Rex’s daughter, continuing to be a part of the family he held so dear.
Rex’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and music. His gentle presence and kind-hearted nature touched the lives of all who knew him. He will be remembered for his quick wit, generous spirit, and the melodies that flowed from his guitar—a comforting echo of a life well-lived.
Rex is preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Norma Morrow and by his sister, Rita Richardson.
