April 6, 1948 ~ June 30, 2025

Andrea “Andi” Jeanne Watson Bunch was born to Charles Watson & Wilma Jeanne (Goodman) Watson April 6th 1948 in Plymouth IN. She was the oldest daughter of 8. She was the proud sister of Billy Lee (Lois), Tim (Jeannie) JD, Chuck (Della), Lisa (Dan) Susie, Jon (Kathy). After graduating Plymouth High School in 1966, she graduated from Ball State with a master's in English in 1972. After graduation, she moved to Columbus, IN where she started her teaching career at Sand Creek Elementary. In 1974 she met the love of her life, Stanley Roy Bunch and married him that same year(July 27th 1974)! Andi became a mother on May 14th 1976 to Adam Clay Bunch (Kristina) then again on August 22nd 1978 to Rachel Jeanne Bunch Shelton (Zachary, her “favorite son-in-law”). Andi received her favorite title ever: “GRANDI”! When her first grandson, Logan Cooper Bunch was born. Two more grandchildren followed, granddaughter Zayda Jeanne Shelton, whom she shared a special bond with, and to complete her family grandson Sylas Ryan Shelton. Aside from being the best daughter, sister, aunt, teacher, wife, mom, 2nd mom, dog mom to Rufus and Ruby(beloved Pomeranians), Grandi and friend to all, Andi was quite the saleswoman. If you knew her, you may have purchased many different items from her; diet pills, candles, Mary Kay, Stanley products, perfume, pots and pans. She had an uncanny knack for motivating others, and she always saw life as one big opportunity, her dreams were big. Andi’s outlook on life, made quick friends with most everyone she met. Andi was known to entertain those around her with countless funny stories, quick wit, and her big personality. Andi loved a good game of poker. She often enjoyed this game with Diet Coke and a few Virginia Slim 120’s. Andi held her cards tight with beautifully manicured nails, a big smile and even bigger earrings. She was sure to charm and maybe bluff a little, anyone in her company was the real winner. A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2025 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Dan Roell officiating. Calling hours will be from 4 p.m. until service time at 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Bartholomew County Humane Society.
