Michelle Elaine Waggoner, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2025, in North Vernon, Indiana. Born on December 29, 1965, in Seymour, Indiana, Michelle's vibrant spirit and infectious joy became a beacon of light throughout her 59 years of life. Michelle's journey through life was one marked by love, laughter, and a fierce devotion to her family. She found love with David Waggoner Sr. spending 31 years together. He survives. A woman of many passions, Michelle reveled in the simple pleasures that life had to offer. Her enthusiasm for bingo nights, playing cards with friends, cornhole tournaments, and the thrill of gambling was contagious, bringing joy and excitement to those around her. Michelle's love for dirt track racing was more than just a hobby; it was a way to connect with friends, family, and the roar of engines fueled her adventurous spirit. The sun-kissed shores of Daytona Beach held a special place in Michelle's heart. She found serenity in watching the dolphins dance among the waves, while sipping a blue raspberry daiquiri, a pastime that brought her immense peace and happiness. It was in these moments, with the ocean breeze in her hair and the warmth of the sun on her face, that Michelle felt most at home. Above all, Michelle's love for her grandchildren was immeasurable. They were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Michelle's legacy is one of strength, generosity, and the power of living each day to its fullest. Her infectious laughter and the love she poured into the world will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing her. While her physical presence will be profoundly missed, the essence of Michelle Elaine Waggoner will continue to live on in the hearts of her beloved family and friends.
