Sharon Ann Lee

Sharon Ann Lee, 78, of Columbus, passed away at 9:15 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025 at The Belmont Health & Rehabilitation. Sharon was born September 7, 1947 in Indianapolis. The daughter of Howard Wendell and Hazel Virginia (Lee) Troth. Sharon was an avid reader who loved spending quiet moments with a good book. She had a fondness for classic television, especially The Andy Griffith Show and Everybody Loves Raymond, which never failed to bring a smile to her face. Sharon also loved flowers and found joy in their beauty and color. Her faith was an important part of her life; She was a devoted Christian who loved attending church and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and Flintwood Wesleyan Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Hazel Troth; companion, Don Brown; brother, Gary Troth; and sister, Carolyn Meek. Sharon is survived by her son Jimmy R. (Shanon) Lee of Columbus; brother, Randy Troth of Camby; sister, Linda (Jeff) Davis of Indianapolis; grandchild, Bayleigh (Tim) Fields of Columbus; sister-in-law, Sindy Troth; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Sharon will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at Jewell Rittman Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Garland Brook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the American Heart Association.
