Rebecca Lee (Baxter) Clayburn
November 20, 1956 ~ December 6, 2025
Rebecca Lee (Baxter) Clayburn, 69, Columbus, passed away December 6, 2025. Mrs. Clayburn was born on November 20, 1956, in Fort Knox, Kentucky, the only daughter of the late Morris and Edell (Waltz) Baxter.
Growing up in Hope, Becky graduated from Hauser High School. She was employed as a factory worker at Instant Products and Cosco Products. Most recently, she worked as a secretary at Welding & Therapy Service before retiring. She enjoyed horseback riding, camping, flower gardening, visiting amusement parks, and never turned down an opportunity to eat out. Above all, Becky was deeply devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered for her good sense of humor and big heart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Travis Snyder, and a brother, Wade Baxter.
Survivors include one son, Scott Snyder; one daughter, Laura Clayburn; one brother, Roy Baxter; grandchildren, Isabela Rodarte, Pete Rodarte, Maci Snyder, Arin Snyder, Alexandria Snyder, and Nathan Day; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 15, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Jewell – Rittman Family Funeral Home. The memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. Visit www.JewellRittman.com to share a favorite memory or to sign the online guest registry.






I am so sorry to hear about Becky I worked with her atCosco and became very good friends with her. Thinking of you the family at this time.
I grew up as a child knowing Becky. She worked with my mom Brenda Mercer n my granny Lillian Mercer at Cosco. .She will missed by all. Prayers for the family
I remember working with Becky at Cosco in 1979-80. She was a great person and co-worker. Thoughts and prayers for the family, she was awesome

This world lost such a good soul. No matter the circumstances memaw always took care of her children and loved her grandchildren dearly. She gave me my love for hens&chickens and boy I wish shed seen them! She loved me from the moment I was born and never let me forget that all growing up.her home was my home away from home and will always hold my childhood in it.
