Albert Lenuel Stigdon, 62, of Elizabethtown, passed away January 1, 2022.
Albert was born April 15, 1959 in Columbus, the son of Oscar L. and Erma E. Tabor Stigdon. He is survived by two brothers, four sisters, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Albert was preceded in death by his parents.
Albert was respected and admired throughout his career as a Respiratory Therapist. He was loved and admired by his peers, the personnel and residents at Autumn Trace Assisted Living.
In keeping with Albert’s wishes, cremation is planned. A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA (www.aspca.org).
Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.

Sending condolences to Albert’s family. I cut his hair at Shields House, then at Autumn Trace. So, I will miss him. I understood him, and we had some good conversations together. But, God knew that he had suffered alot and enough. God knows the best timing!!! Albert’s leaving is our loss, his gain!!! I thank God for Albert’s life. Just heard about Albert’s passing. So sorry for your loss. Our prayers are with your family.
I worked with Al at the VA in Ft Wayne. I thought of him like a little brother. I missed him when he had to retire. I am so sorry to learn he has passed.
