I had Anita had my BSF teacher. She was the best. Remember her as a very kind person and a gracious hostess.
RIP Anita 💕
I have so many wonderful memories of my wonderful Aunt Anita, from funny letters she wrote to my mother, Lois that sounded like my cousin Glenn wrote them to me (when we were babies), to wonderful stays at their Waverly home, fun camping trips, visits to our house or Grandma Mary’s, playing Scrabble or Yahtzee, her love of flowers, the Blizzard of ’78, my first flight on an airplane was with her to Dallas, the tea parties she would have for my 3 daughters (they always loved staying at Anita’s), her downtown Columbus home that my younger girls thought had diamond door knobs, the laughter when she got together with her sisters, Lois and Janet. I can’t begin to name all my memories of her. She was one of a kind. I know she had a great love of Jesus and her beloved family. Glenn and Jeff you were blessed with such a great mother! Love, her niece, Kim
I met Anita when we were Bible Study Fellowship Leaders together and became closer friends the past 10 years. After her car accident when she didn’t drive a lot, I picked her up and took her to CCC and other places. I was her caregiver for a short time until she started having falls. She was a delightful lady and friend. I visited her the last couple of years at Columbus Transitional Care and at The Belmont about once a week. I would do some short Bible studies with her. She was such a blessing to me and our visits usually ended with a prayer and I love you, as well as See You Later Gator! I know she is with Jesus and I will see her again one day, but I will certainly miss her, She was a true friend and spiritual mentor to me.

A loving Sister always cared about other people. Made a special breakfast for Wilma and me after we were married. She wanted Wilma to lead singing carols at a Christmas celebration at Belmont. We both enjoyed our visits with her she always had a smile for everyone. Her Brother Jack
We’re so sorry for your loss. Anita was such a wonderful lady. Charlie & I were blessed to have her & Don as our neighbors & friends for many years & loved getting to know their kids & grandkids. We always looked out for each other which was priceless.
Rest in peace, Anita, with Don now by your side again. 🩷
