Anna was born October 27, 1930 in Columbus, the daughter of Clarence O. and Violet Z. (Smith) Taylor. She married James Dwight Plummer and he preceded her in death on October 9, 2013. Anna was an accomplished seamstress and a talented crafts person. She enjoyed bowling, golf, and ballroom dancing. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi social sorority and a volunteer “Pink Lady” at Columbus Regional Hospital. She was also a ten year member of "The Village Cheerleaders" while living in the Villages, Florida for 13 years. Survivors include her son, James Michael (Jane) Plummer of Columbus; daughter, Susan (Brian) Hittle of Elizabethtown; sisters, Pauline Downing of Edinburgh and Mary Allen of Mooresville; grandchildren, Carrie (Dennis) Coulston, Robert (Grace) Plummer, Lisa Keefe, Leslie Wiegman, Laura Hittle and Kyle (Nina) Stevens; great grandchildren, Trevor and Josh Finke, Kira, Kai and Josie Plummer, Cameron and Desmond Keefe, and Tanner, Blake and Kenzie Stevens; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; brothers, Warren and Robert Taylor; and a sister, Eva Knop.






Im so sorry about your family loss. Ann was one of my all time joys at Greentree. She always was happy to let me pick out her clothes, look for misplaced items. She was a reason you wanted to go to work. Always had a smile, hug and infectious laugh. I prayed with her many times. I pray her troubled days are over and shes reaping Heavens rewards… Im blessed to have known her…
Loved my Aunt Ann and Uncle Jim SO very much!! They were such an inspiration for me! They loved each other so much and acted like teenagers in love their whole lives! Now they are reunited for eternity! Miss you and Love you Aunt Ann!!
