Anthony "Tony" R. Baldwin

Anthony R. "Tony" Baldwin, 68, of Columbus, died at 7:57 p.m. December 4, 2019, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Tony was born October 11, 1951, in Columbus, the son of Dora Mae White Baldwin. He married Linda Morton February 14, 1989; she survives. He retired from Dorel after 25 years of service. Tony enjoyed the outdoors, working in his yard and decorating his house for Christmas. He really enjoyed his grandchildren and supported them in everything they did. The funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday, December 8, 2019, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Ray Skiles officiating. Military honors will be presented by the Bartholomew County Veterans Honor Guard. Calling will be 1 p.m. until time of service Sunday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project in honor of Tony. Survivors include his wife, Linda; sons, Eddie (Terry) Loweth of Columbus and Chris Baldwin of Bargersville and daughters, Pamela (Tom) Nelson and Jerrie (Mike) Posey, both of Columbus; brother, James (Sandy) Harrison of Columbus and sisters, Vivian Childers and Kaye Meyer, both of Columbus; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
