SERVICES: A Masonic memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home followed by a funeral service with pastor Tom Collett officiating. VISITATION: 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. BURIAL: Little York Cemetery, Little York, IN. MEMORIALS: Memorial contributions may be made to Delores Trueblood. Avis Lee Trueblood, 75, of Glick Drive, died at 12:15 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013, at the emergency room at Columbus Regional Hospital. Mr. Trueblood was a member of St. Johns Masonic Lodge #20 and retired from Cummins Engine Company. He is surviveed by his wife, Delores G. Myers Trueblood; sons, Bryan Allen Trueblood of Columbus, and Robert (Timberly) Trueblood of Columbus; a daughter, Pamela (Joe) Siefert of Columbus; grandchildren, Toby Pace, Alison Trueblood, Tyler Trueblood, Andrew & Emily Siefert & Braxton Allen Green. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son, Rodney Lee Trueblood; grandson, Thomas Morris and brother, Richard Trueblood.

  1. I was sad to hear of your loss. God be with you. In case you don’t recognize the name, I was library aid at Fodera when the Trueblood children were there and Mr. Jackman played Dracula every Halloween.

  4. Lee was my dad, but more than that, he was my rock, my friend, my hero and the one person that held our family together. Joe, myself and our kids will miss him greatly, but I know he is with Thomas, Charlie and Shorty and countless others that loved him as much as me(almost)!I will miss him everyday, because everyday of my life I knew he was there for me
