One of my first jobs was at Whipker’s Market, where I learned to work hard. Bennie and Harry came to my father’s calling hours and I really appreciated it. My thoughts and prayers to the family.

Best father-in-law ever… from when we met for the first time fishing in Toledo Bend LA in 1986 to going to the Farmer’s Markets, flying drones, playing cut throat dominoes, and just hanging out and talking over stories of the past. I’ve always appreciated the take-it-for granted strength and amazing perseverence Bennie had no matter what life threw at him. We will all very much miss you, Bennie.

I had the privilege of working for Bennie and his family for a few summers. He was a good and fair man who taught us the value of a job properly done. My condolences to Naomi, Keith and Brian.
