To Kate and family, our deepest sympathy. God bless.
Bettie watched me when I was little, for many years when she lived in Taylorsville. I have so many fond memories of being with her. I even remember hitting her grandson in the eye with a golf club, on accident, in the back yard. I believe he had to get several stitches 🙁 I remember a lot of the photos from her video tribute being in her home. I am 37 now myself, with 3 of my own children ages 15-10. I used to watch soap operas with her and game shows. I rememeber a string being tied around my loose tooth and placed around the door knob of the garage door off her kitchen and them trying to pull my tooth. Ha ha! She and Kenneth attended my wedding back in October 1998, in Columbus, and that was the last time Ive seen or talked to either of them. I still have the wedding card they gave me. What a sweet woman. I will never forget her long brown hair when shed brush it, just to put it back up again. Fly high Gods angel, RIP. Kenneth, I send you all my love and prayers from The Mackey Family in Columbus, IN. Im so sorry for the loss!
