Billy L. Elrod October 06, 1949 - January 03, 2009 Billy L. Elrod, 58, of Road 670 East, Hope, Ind., died at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009, at his home. Billy was self-employed and owned Bills Maintenance Service. He was an avid NASCAR and wrestling fan. He was a member of Hartsville Church of Christ. Mr. Elrod was born Oct. 6, 1949 in Detroit, Mich., the son of Ernest L. and Anna M. Smith Elrod. He married Anita B. Roberts in May, 1976. Mr. Elrod is survived by his wife, Anita, at Hope; a son, Robert (Brenda) Elrod of Shelbyville, Ind.; daughters, Michelle (Chuck) Caldwell of Hope, Ind., Katrina Stolze of Greensburg, Ind., Windee (Anthony) Miller of Columbus, Ind. and Bobbi Quinlan of Greensburg, Ind.; a sister, Mary (James) Lobdell of Hope, Ind.; and grandchildren, Brittany and Breanna Elrod, Christopher L. Caldwell, Ashton and Marrissa Stolze and Kesha and Natasha Beard. He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Brandon Elrod; and sisters, Ernestine Kimball, Peggy Tungate and Barbara Allen Elrod. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Brother Dave Bragg officiating.
